New Orleans District Attorney Jim Garrison prosecuted the only legal case in the assassination of President John Kennedy. He lost, of course, because th CIA was protecting certain\u00c2\u00a0witnesses and permanently\u00c2\u00a0silencing others. Still, Garrison was able to\u00c2\u00a0secure enough historic information in the public record that\u00c2\u00a0we can now form\u00c2\u00a0reasonable conclusions about\u00c2\u00a0what\u00c2\u00a0happened. What is so amazing is that Garrison\u00c2\u00a0is telling us this\u00c2\u00a0in 1967!<\/p>\n

It took other researchers thirty or more years to reach similar conclusions. At the time, most\u00c2\u00a0citizens were simply intellectually or emotionally\u00c2\u00a0incapable of comprehending even a fraction of the truth Garrison revealed, and as a population we remain far too passive and na\u00c3\u00afve.<\/p>\n

Hitler recognized this convenient truth as “The Big Lie (Gro\u00c3\u0178e L\u00c3\u00bcge). Yet only\u00c2\u00a0four years after JFK was conveniently disposed of by “The Secret Team” (see Col. Fletcher Prouty), Garrison had essentially\u00c2\u00a0solved the mystery of who did it and why.\u00c2\u00a0Paid detractors\u00c2\u00a0and their unpaid volunteers\u00c2\u00a0continue to insult\u00c2\u00a0Garrison’s\u00c2\u00a0memory with the constant trivial dickering over inconsequential details (see Gerald Posner), yet\u00c2\u00a0this is what now\u00c2\u00a0passes for\u00c2\u00a0political discourse\u00c2\u00a0in the United States.<\/p>\n

The media\u00c2\u00a0fawns and toadies that catered to\u00c2\u00a0the military-industrial complex\u00c2\u00a0Eisenhower warned us about\u00c2\u00a0as he was leaving office\u00c2\u00a0really outdid themselves in their\u00c2\u00a0trashing of Jim Garrison, resorting to all sorts of dirty tricks, illegal\u00c2\u00a0or\u00c2\u00a0otherwise.\u00c2\u00a0Considering that those few of us who have<\/em> examined the evidence have little\u00c2\u00a0trouble understanding the forces who\u00c2\u00a0killed\u00c2\u00a0JFK, RFK, MLK\u00c2\u00a0along with the acronymically unknown,\u00c2\u00a0it appears that much of their hush\u00c2\u00a0money was primarily wasted on fools.<\/p>\n

Jim Garrrison was one\u00c2\u00a0American male\u00c2\u00a0with\u00c2\u00a0balls of brass. He knew the truth about what happened in Dallas on\u00c2\u00a0November 22, 1963, and he tried to make people understand it even as his life was being threatened. He’s what I would call a\u00c2\u00a0hero if I engaged in that sport.\u00c2\u00a0He didn’t just stand up for what he believed in;\u00c2\u00a0any\u00c2\u00a0fool\u00c2\u00a0can do that right or wrong. Garrison\u00c2\u00a0verified the\u00c2\u00a0facts\u00c2\u00a0behind him, which made his pronouncements even more threatening, yet he\u00c2\u00a0shouted them to the nation anyway!<\/p>\n
