MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell reports on the breaking news from The New York Times that former President Donald Trump had over 300 documents at Mar-a-Lago and that he personally went through the boxes himself in 2021.

Trump claims that everything he took home from the White House was automatically declassified when he took it, including Top Secret material that may include “nuclear” secrets.

Since Merrick Garland doesn’t look fierce and imposing and boast and crow, Trump may have assumed His appointed Attorney General would meekly serve His purposes, being obedient and easy to control.

Trump was wrong.

I don’t have the musical sophistication to identify the time signature he’s playing with here, but I’m still impressed!
